A kid like myself that gets whatever he wants with just one phone call to his Daddy. His parents are very successful and he just like to use his American Express Black Card to go shopping. For his 16th birthday he gets a Mercedes and crashes it the first day he gets it. Has the hottest cloths such as Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Burberry ect. Treats his parents and friends badly because he thinks that he i better than everone else. Has 3 cell phones (Razr, enV, Palm Treo) for who knows reason. Has the Abercrombie looks and the Paris Hilton brains.

That kid who gets everything he wants and everyone hates him and envies his stupid shit.
He usually sits alone at lunch with his fancy plastic containers from Target. Sometimes, rich kids get some friends. But it is very rare. Everyone is thinking in their head "man! I hate that rich kid oh my god he won't have to work a fucking day in his life" as he walks by. Common names for these rich brats are Gage, Lucas, and Matthew.

Person 1: oh my god it's the rich kid!
Person 2: he has all of this stupid meaningless stuff he doesn't need.
Person 3: ugh i hate rich kids!
Rich Kid: Hey -insert person 1's name-! Wanna see my Fit Bit?
Person 2: What do you need a fit bit for?
Rich Kid: I don't know my mom bought it.
Person 3: (whispers) but all he does is sit on his ass!

The rich kids of instagram live a jetset lifestyle accessible only to the ultra-wealthy usually either self-made millionaires, trust-fund kids or sugar babies. They make themselves very easy to be identified when out in public by wearing $2,000 outfits, carrying $5,000 travel bags, dripping in bling bling and covering their eyes with some Gucci/LV shades.

Unlike the commonly understood vernacular, "rich kid" does not refer to a kid who is actually rich. And it shouldn't. A rich kid is someone who has the attitude of someone rich, but not the money. The attitude is the most important part of the definition. You are no longer a rich kid if your attitude changes. Having family money does not qualify you to be a rich kid; only your perception does.
Boy 1: "Wow, Johnny's such a rich kid."
Boy 2: "No he's not. He's a really nice kid! He just donated to Paxil."
Boy 1: "So what? That doesn't make him nice."
Boy 2: "Yes it does. They really needed that money and he didn't care for a dime of it."
