Some fucking asshole on the air running a non stop CB show on channel 19. He literally runs it 24 hours a day most likely on pre-recorded transmissions. Everybody all over America is getting these transmissions.

Mudduck

CB term for a cb user coming in with the background noise. The background noise (static level) is the mud that the duck is coming in with. playing in the mud.
