When a female or male is "courting" two or more partners at the same time. It's basically a more polite way to call a person a slut or comment on lack of character. Referred to especially when said person "multitasker" has a current relationship with someone else. Multitasking is considered the gateway to cheating and can also be considered cheating.
Tom: Wow, Susan has a boyfriend, yet she's talking to two other dudes.
Will: Damn, she's multitasking like that?

It is a common fallacy that women are good at multitasking, and men are bad at it. The actual truth is, that men like to do things properly, so they do them one at a time and give them their full attention. Women on the other hand, are happy to do a half-assed job.
'What happened to your car?'
'oh, that. my wife was multitasking - parking and talking on the phone at the same time.'
'oh, well i hope it was an interesting conversation, because she parked a bollard into the side of the car.'
