When you're on the phone with someone (a friend, signifigant other, etc.) and they're supposed to be talking to you, but they're either around people or hanging out with someone, and they totally pay no attention to you on the other line because they're too busy talking to whoever they are with. I think that is sooo annoying.
You: How was your day..?
Whoever you're talking to: Eh.. it was alright... Haha, I love you, man.
You: I love you too!
Whoever you're talking to: No, I was talking to Jason...

(n.) Instead of writing on an actual piece of paper, you write on some part of your body (usually the palm or back of hand) like a notepad.
This is called the "Puerto Rican" notepad because the writing will remain there until it get's washed off, which is not frequently done by Puerto Ricans. So it will be remembered and read often.
