When you've made a New Year's resolution, but haven't kept it all January. Therefore, you decide to resolve your habit et cetera after Chinese New Year.
Friend A: "Hey, I thought you quit smoking?"
Friend B: "Well, I'll make it my Chinese resolution, just for you!"

One that is easily spotted as having very clean and flashy running apparel. These people have made a new years resolution to jog and lose wait. Sadly 20% will remain after a 2 week period because well, they can always jog tomorrow
Person 1: Woah look at the guy! Is he actually jogging in Edd Hardy athletic suit?
Person 2: That my friend is what we call a resolution jogger at it's finest.

To have a "do-over" of a previous years' New Year's Resolution.
My resolution last year was to go to yoga. I didn't go, so I re-resolute to go to yoga in the new year.
My resolution was to lose weight this year, but I am still fat. I re-resolute to lose weight in the new year!

I returned to work today after two weeks off for the holidays, but the resolution pollution was so thick in there that I had to get out.

DEFINITION:
To rate a guy/girl. However, instead of using the scale of 1-10, a scale of 240 to 1080. 240 being the lowest, 480 being average, and 1080 being the highest. This is used as a more secretive form of checking a female/male out.
240p can also be used for a girl that looks hot from far away but is gross when you get a better look.
EXAMPLE:
nigga 1: woah guys whats the resolution rating of that?
nigga 2: Daaaayuuum thassa 1080p right thurrr ;D

Another way of saying compromise, even if saying compromise is simple enough.
When someone says that guy needs to learn conflict resolution, they're really saying he needs to get his ass in line and start compromising, because if he doesn't meet his/her demands like everybody else, something bad will happen.
For people who breaks their new year resolutions.
"Bobby, you are such a resolution bozo, you're eating fried chicken when you said you are going to have a beach body this year."
"Kim, you are a resolution bozo, claiming that you will save ALOT of money this year, but end up splurging in the first week of January."
