Word used to used to express: amazement at a lack of logical thinking. Also used to express frustration (particularly when a process that should be easy is made difficult). Often used by the expat community in Korea based on a commercial which ended with โKorea Sparklingโ and made no sense in English.
Person A: I went to the bank and it took an hour and half to transfer money.
Person B: Thatโs sparkling.
