Nuclear Fix

The nuclear industries (aka nuclear fascists) policy of donating massive amounts of money to insure that all levels of Government support Nuclear Energy to protect their market share despite it's enormous environmental RISK of yet another Fukushima, instead of supporting less expensive, NON RISKY Eco Friendly Solar energy.

Despite the public demanding decommissioning of their old leaking reactor, replacing it with lower cost, safer solar energy, the nuclear fix was in and the Politicians all voted for upgrading the old problematic nuclear reactor while also extending its license 20 years!

Something that has been fixed badly or done with a soldering iron..

Honest Customer: "Hey Ken can you fix my bass?, Ken: "Ermmm ummm I'll have a go", HC: "Cheers", Ken: "Yeah I'll have a go" ..... Ken: "Yeah i'll just solder it"

Honest Customer: "He just goes on and on and on..", Honest Customer 2: "I know, Did he offer to solder it?", HC: "Yep..", HC2: "Poor you.."

Or

Cherwell Fix

The act of re-selecting an option in a property drop down field in order to correct an error in Cherwell Service Management.

The form link wasn’t working so I did a Cherwell Fix and now it’s functioning again.

Google Fix

The site you want to go to isn’t loading, so you go to Google, it loads right up, then you retry the site and, many times, it's “fixed”.

"Aw shit, this site doesn't usually take this long to load. Guess I'll try a Google Fix."
