Similar to the reverse wet willy (stick your finger in your ear then put in someones mouth when they are not paying attention) except that you put your finger in someone's ear then stick your finger into someone else's mouth when they are not paying attention.
By sticking my finger in Joe's ear and then putting my finger into John's mouth I completed the reverse wet willy once removed.

Used specifically for putting off such decisions until absolutely necessary while remaining on the current course that will ultimately lead to such a decision to be made. Thus, showing no weakness by being indecisive.
