It’s just the letter t. This is the last single letter (out of the American 26 letter alphabet) to be added to the urban dictionary. This letter can also mean a large box shaped weapon made of cheese.
Person 1: is that a t?
Person 2: a what?
Person: hey guys.
Person 2: is that a talking crocodile!?
Person 3: guess it’s the 22nd
someone who is so incredibly monstrous you cant even handle hearing their name. knowing of their existence can cause you to gag.

"t(￣へ￣t)" for flipping someone off. Of course, these characters are of the japanese variety, and because of that, this awesomeness isn't used very often.
