Someone who bogart's the mic at weddings, drinks abnormal amounts of vodka and OJ then passes out cold only to be taken care of by a "special" kid. Hours pass, that someone wakes up and runs outside during the Canadian winter season, not dressed accordingly, yelling and screaming "I'm not a talker".

Steve is a real ass-talker. He said he would come fix my car on Thursday and never did. He also said he'd meet me to watch the game at the sports bar and never showed up.

A person whom which eats human (and sometimes animal) poo, then while swallowing tries to talk but ends up regurgitating the poo spitting it out of her mouth.
