The Dark Brotherhood, from the game Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (which is a kickass game), is an unofficial guild, or a grouping of people. These people are actually deadly assassins,who are hired by people all over the land of Cyrodiil. In order to make dealings with them, you must offer up someone's life, like maybe a family member, or someone close to you, which makes you decide if it's really worth it. The Dark Brotherhood tends to make their assassinations look as though they were accidents, but some people will suspect a lot of deaths to be their doing. In my opinion, they have the best quests and things to do.
-Did you hear about what happened to poor Baenlin? That minotaur head he had on a plaque on his wall dropped right on his head and killed him!
-Idiot, it wasn't any accident. It was the Dark Brotherhood, you should know that. Baenlin's nephew wanted that piece of estate to himself for a while now, so he requested Baenlin's death.

A form of humor involving a twist or joke making the joke seen as offensive, harsh, horrid. Yet the joke is still funny. You need to have pension for dark humor in order to find it truly funny. In a way, it could be seen as the jokes are so horrible in their twist that it makes it funny.

The Dark Passenger is a concept that represents the demon inside that makes us do terrible things.

Psychiatrist Carl Jung describes those aspects of the personality that we choose to reject and repress as the Shadow. He saw the psyche as something that could be divided into component parts which function like secondary selves that contribute to the whole. “No one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real.”
Have you ever said or done something really shitty, mostly on an impulse, that you later regretted? In this moment the lack of control you had betrays the existence of a different person lurking beneath.
The Dark Passenger can also refer to an addiction, such as for a drug, and other distinctive dark desires. If you give in, you're no longer driving behind your own actions, and your darker self does whatever it wants until you're left with only wreckage and aftermath.
