can be abbreviated to 'food fidgets'. Referring to the medical condition that arises when one is watching a cooking programs late at night, and is overcome by the insatiable urge to eat gourmet dishes.
Food fidgets can be left untreated, or may even be aggravated by going into the kitchen, and realizing that none of the food available could ever be as good.
"Oh man, you have to change the channel, any more Iron Chef and I'm going to have a raging case of food fidgets."
"I had to watch some CSI, the dead bodies my mind off my food channel fidgets."

When you are at a fast food restaurant and you grab a large amount of napkins, hot sauce, sporks, forks, toothpicks or anything else so you can replenish the stockpile horde you keep in your desk / dorm room / car / office.
Oh man, taco bell put the hot sauce behind the counter so I now have to be extra crafty to replenish my Fast Food Stockpile of hot sauce. Who only uses ½ a packet per taco? WTF!?!?!!

A tv show were Adam Richman takes on famous food challenges around the world. He basically is a total idiot and jerk and everyone who is high knows he just orders people around on set and tells random people who want to be on tv to do stuff.
For example, "hey little girl, tell the audience at home i'm awesome for eating this 20 lb burger and then give me a high five so i don't look like a douche bag on my own t.v. show, man vs food.
