someone who takes both sides in a diplomatic confrontation.

Two people get into a disagreement. A third person tries to make peace. The third person, the fence rider, will speak good or bad things towards each of the two keeping everything equal. See both sides of the argument. Sometimes used in a negative sense, meaning that you can not depend on this person to support your argument.

Cyber Fencing

When two fencers engage one another in a Facebook "poke" war, or otherwise fencing-like internet based activity. Usually followed by a thread of messages or wall posts over who got the touch.

*poke* Ha! You didn't even parry!
*poke* Wtf? No, screw you! I parry and riposte and hit you straight in the mask!
*poke* So, it's a Cyber Fencing bout you want, is it?

Dick Fence

The act of blocking one's dick from prying eyes whilst peeing in a public environment. Used by rafters or boaters when a male has to pee off the side of the boat and wants to block a direct view of his junk. Hats, a well placed hand, a map, a sandal, could all be used for the dick fence.

While Dave was taking a leak off the side of the boat, Sarah's boat floated really close by. So Dave put up a dick fence with his hat so she couldn't see how small it was.
