I warn you, don't get this game if you don't have a lot of free time and hard drive space and your disposal. I got this game, It was cool at first, but now it seems that every time I get on it, I get bored as hell and quit after just one sim-day (about 7 minutes if you consider the fast forwards). Also, the base game itself takes up like 3000 mb, plus all the expansions make it like 7 thousand. AND you'll probably increase it to 10 thousand just from download a ton of custom content. I wouldn't suggest getting this game unless you have a second computer solely for the purpose of playing it.

A game that completely robs GROWN ADULTS of their lives. Honestly, I occasionally play the game and their are people over 30 that play it literalyy all day. Theyt just leave it on to take showers and such. those of them who have real jobs only think about this game at work, they've admittted it. Take me seriously- if you want a succesful life with a real spouse, freinds and unneglectd children, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME... unless you have strong self control. It is really disgusting to talk to this people... they have lost sight of reality and, frantly, I can't help put pity them... at least everyone is nice and freindly. Plus, there is really no gameplay. Basically you sit there for hours watching your sims do repetitive tasks for money and skills to aquire objects and such that...well... DON"T EXIST. Please think about playing this addictive and life virtually life robbing game. I remember the wonerful day i realized there was no point to it... finally freed myself...

Me: So how often do you play?
Sims Online Player: All day.
Me: So what do you do for money?
Sims Online Player: ...Im getting uncomfortable...

The Sims 3 is an addition to Will Wright's The Sims series, minus Will Wright. As with the previous games, it's a life simulation game which lets you control little people...
These 'little people', unlike their predecessors, are rather bland yet clichéd. Bland because of they're repetitive. Clichéd because of the new personality 'Traits' system ('Evil' Sims cackle madly, for example. Would sound funny and caricatured at first, however trust me, it gets old. They will repeat this at least 20 times a 'Sim' day.)
Not even your Sims' appearance can be interesting, thanks to their new bubbleheads. To change their faces even in the approximate way you want them to look, you might as well spend days.
Now, with the removal of the Body Shop (a tool that came with The Sims 2 to allow you to create and edit genetics in the game), it's even harder to create unique and interesting content. Every time you download a game patch, you have to wait for a patch for your favourite hairstyles and hacks.
Another bad move courtesy of EA is the premade Stepford. I was perfectly happy creating my own dystopia, with its towering buildings, slaves, rebels and SECRET BLOODY POLICE. Now they come along and say "Don't worry, in The Sims 3 you'll have a new town to play with, it's called Sunset Valley and nothing interesting happens."
I would love to praise the new 'open neighbourhood', but why bother for such a mediocre game?
The Sims 3 is an amazing new game. With your own little Stepford to clog up your hard drive, now you can quickly and easily bore yourself to death!

A very intellgient girl . She's known to be very loud & spunky . No other girl like her . She has her crazy moments but is sweet girl at heart . Pretty . Gorgeous with makeup . A group of people across social media who talk about the sims, play sims, make videos, and tweet about the sims. They all are a tight knit community and will ban, block, and report you if you hate on any one of them. It is quite fun.
