Eew, while on the toilet my finger did something disgusting.
disgusting is a word to describe your oldest sibling.
Person 1: hey you're disgusting!
person 2: no you're disgusting!
If theres something as disgusting as sucking a dick it is pissing on somebody, especially in their face.
If you're a guy out on a date, there's a part of you that wonders if some guy pissed on a girl's lips before she kisses you, and she didnt tell you about it. That would be a disgusting thing to do to somebody.
If sucking a dick is not disgusting, just think of how many wives gave their husband a blow job before church and decide whether you still want to drink a sip of wine at communion.

Guy at church- I usually just drink out of my own cups and eat off my own plates, but I appreciate it, I'll pass though. I got enough disgusting stuff going on where I live.
