A school with lonely, pathetic, troubled losers. The population majority in the school is Jewish, and they are all crazy, stupid, or brainwashed (See Definiton #3). Second comes the depressed nerdy poseur-goths who seem to fit in quite well. If your not Jewish, or a poseur-goth, this is NOT the school for you.
Dude...I have no life, I scare away the opposite sex, and I have no friends....I think I'll go to High Tech High.

The feeling that you get at 12:00 am the next day because you stayed up all night and parts of the morning playing video games with your friends. Followed by a change of feeling at 1:30 am when you have a sudden rise in anger because the guy that killed you "glitched behind you and assassinated you."

an extreeme liberal school focussing on the arts of technology, (although our technology sucks), art, and music. The stereotypical person that is nerdy and do not have lives are called weabos. They sit at the outer corner of High tech high international next to the basketball courts. MOST everyone else is mellow and are either surfers (me),skaters,like to chill, or good looking . Not the stereotype. Oh yeah and there are the people who are insanely obsessed with technology and robots, (not bad mouthing them), but overall everyone else is pretty cool.
High Tech High International goer: "so after school do you want to paddle out? Jason can't come because his mom is pissed at him for not getting good grades. Greg can come but he can't come to Sam Goody afterwards. Alright meet me at the stairs after school. Oh Jennie is coming to. Yea were still going out." ETC

This is a term that many people seem to be confused by, please read all of the previous examples to note the confusion. To understand this word you must focus on the word High. What has been lost is the origin of High Yella.
The term was originally High-Falutin Yella.
Why?
Well when the French ruled New Orleans there were many, many brothels and the highest priced was paid for the mixed African/European free prostitutes. It is well known that many slave owners raped their slaves and the children often escaped or were freed by the owners (how does one explain little mixed slaves running around the plantation)? This was not always a rule but many mixed slaves made up the population of free Africans in the colonies.
But. . . no matter how light, no matter how blue their eyes were, the High Yella's were still not allowed in the white community and in the black community with their perfumed skin, fine clothes and perhaps slightly uppity attitude the term High Falutin' Yella was coined.
"Damn, if Obama ain't a High Yella (High Yellow) I don't know who is!"

High Tech High School is a public magnet school Locted in Secaucus, NJ. It was formerly located in North Bergen, NJ, but moved due to the building being bad. All the students hated this. New building is comparable to s prison, too many rules, and limited to no outdoor time.
Most of the people in the school are white girls. The school has a YouTube page that they post weird videos to from the podcasting class. Many lazy teachers are in d-fab and d-fab students often complain about how easy it is. The only good academics are in the science majors. Freshmen often get expelled for vaping weed.
You go to high tech high school?
Yeah . They don’t let us go outside.
