A women who considers herself to be obese in a society that ridicules and demonizes obesity, but is accepting and confident of her size; either because she is proud of her figure or because of naturally confident inclinations. Women confident in their larger body mass reject the societal stereotypes of self loathing due to their size, and often reject the societal pressure to conform and loose weight to fit in.
A new bread of 'fat confident women' actively rebel against pressure to loose weight and are offended by the prejudice, demonization of obesity and discrimination they may receive because of their size. They also do not tolerate 'fatism' and will celebrate their size in a 'thincentric' society, regardless of criticism and prejudice they may receive for doing so. They celebrate their sexuality with those who are attracted to a larger figure and make no apologies for their size.
Other types of confident fat woman may derive their confidence because they enjoy their size, or because they place little importance on their size, or they may have previously lacked confidence because of their size, but have grown to accept themselves the way they are, though they may or may not still have a desire to loose weight.

Shopping basket confidence is the amount of confidence one has in the ability of the basket to hold all items that will be purchased on a trip inside the grocery store. This variable confidence score is used to determine whether the shopper will use a shopping basket or opt for a cart. Shopping basket confidence is generally very high at the front of the store prior to loading any items in said basket. The confidence level decreases rapidly however as the patron wanders aimlessly about the store picking up items they suddenly remembered were necessary in order to make it til the next trip. The patron must then decide to either leave without getting all required items or suffer the ultimate humiliation by going back to the front of the store and getting a cart. The level of shame at that moment is exactly proportional to the previous shopping basket confidence.
It should be noted that men generally have higher shopping basket confidence than women. They tend to believe they can fit enough supplies into the shoebox size basket to wage an expedition to the North Pole. It is also generally accepted that the bigger hurry you are in the more shopping basket confidence you have.
Dude! My shopping basket confidence was shattered when I remembered I needed a case of beer, a case of sodas and a 40 pound sack of dog food.

RSCS is a condition which causes a person to reveal a highly personal secret or factoid without provocation to another with whom they are not formerly acquainted in order to relieve the guilt complex accompanied with harbouring said secret/factoid. Most often, this takes place during innocuous social interaction, such as a client/clerk rapport, waiting at a transit stop or in line at a government services office.

Commuter #2: It is 8:23. The bus is running a little slow today.
Commuter #1: Damn, I'm going to be late for work. I should have called in sick today and stayed home with the nanny to carry on our illicit affair. My wife would kill me if she ever found out.
Commuter #2: Oh look, here comes the bus. Nice chatting with you!

First girlfriend confidence boost or FGCB is a condition that occurs when someone who is socially awkward and has no history with women finally gets a girlfriend. They person will begin to think they are cool, even if there girlfriend is unattractive and they will think they are "the man" because their penis gets touched for the first time, failing to realize that everyone's has by now. They may try to act like a tough guy because they are taller than their girlfriend when in reality she is most likely just really short. The only cure for FGCB is a breakup which will destroy this newly found ego.
