A happy-sounding term for replacing white people with non-white people. Flooding wealthy white countries with non-whites, but not non-white countries. Racial Marxism.

Acronym that stands for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion."
It was originally just an updated version of "affirmative action," but as of 2024, the term has also become a mainstream plausibly-deniable synonym for the N-word.

To say that DEI is "equality of outcome" is 1. To create an implicit false dichotomy between 'Equality of outcome' and 'Meritocracy' and 2. Presupposes that the latter is what is currently occurring.

The claim is 'If we do DEI, people will achieve an undeserved outcome at the cost of the meritorious' but the statement presupposes that MERIT BASED HIRING is what is occurring and ignores entirely that outcomes are ALSO mediated by CRONYISM and NEPOTISM. So, my question to Dr. RAPE-FARM is... If DEI is wrong being Equality of outcome leads meritorious people to miss out on opportunities they deserve more than the people being elevated... How is Nepotism any different? Is it just a coincidence? That the child of the business owner is just the super-duper most bestest employee who workered his way up from the bottom like a real boy OR did the PARENT... EQUALIZE THEIR KIDS OUTCOME AT THE COST OF EVERYONE ELSE? And how is it not wrong for the same reason?
Discrimination, Exclusion, and Incompetence. DEI has taken over almost every corporation in the western world because of woke people who do not know how the world works.
DEI has been the biggest corporate buzzword that was probably originally spelled DIE, and it makes sense because of companies like Boeing put the quality of their products and services in jeopardy so a small vocal minority does not get offended.
Divisiveness Elitism Insincerity
DEI supposedly stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, but in practice it actually stands for Divisiveness, Elitism and Insincerity.
