The house where all the avetards reside aka The Ave. This is the home of all things avetard related such as the avetard coffee table, avetard sink, avetard bathroom, etc. The number one thing that you'll find here is weed, weed and more weed as all the avetards are complete weed fiends and can't go a day without it. On certain nights, you will also find the entire city of Norman posted here and make you feel like you're at the circus with all the clowns that you'll see around you. I do not recommend spending a lot of time at the house or you might catch "The Tard."
I walked into the avetard house for the first time when I went to go visit the avetards and the first thing I saw besides the dab rig was an infinite amount of trash all over the place and all of the dudes were still asleep and the avetard door was just unlocked.

While enjoying a house or apartment party, the privy attendees (regardless of formal invitation) proceed to cause irreparable damage to the dwelling for no other reason than personal enjoyment.
After Kenro proclaim "trash-a-house", the party goers proceeded to spray alcohol everywhere, steal anything that wasn't nailed down and defile the off-limit rooms with various sexual escapades.

I lived in a share house in Paramatta for a few years but got tired of cleaning up my roommates' messes.
A subgenre of house music in which a DJ/producers looks (i.e. how he/she elaborately dresses, how they look on their dialed Instagram and other social media profiles) trumps mixing, track selection and/or actual musical talent. Very popular in California (not so much in the midwest where the music came from) and spreading.
George: "This Dj's trainwrecking again, and this track is terrible! Time to go."
Anri: "But he's dressed so well in that vintage desert tunic, leather jacket and fedora - even though he's knocked it off with his headphones 3 times- and all the hipster girls down in front are in a trance by his good looks and style. I wanna hit on one of em!"
George: "Wow Anri, I didn't know you were so into Look House, you were outside chatting it up for the last set and that chick killed it!"
Anri: "Yeah sorry George. I know you liked the DJ before this guy and rightfully so, the music was on point from what I saw; but honestly she was kinda ugly and just wasn't dressed well enough for me to truly enjoy it so I went outside to network. But I like this guy lets stay!"
George: performs face palm.
