To lose weight there are various ways
1.cut down on sugar as you don't need to have so much sugar in your diet
2.vaping because if you vape and are overweight or want to start vaping then great idea because you will have the flavour in your mouth and it will feel like you have just eaten so you will not feel like eating snacks all the time
3.if you are overweight because of lack of exersize then you could start going to the gym or go for a walk(run or jog) on a daily bases
4.in most cases people are overweight to be presise 68% of people in the U.K. And USA are overweight because of lack of will power

When four guys go to the bathroom and use the ONLY four stalls at the same time. They empty their systems, wipe and flush all at the same time. The force from the 4 toilets flushing at the same time, leaves one toilet unflushed and this toilet must be left unflushed. During the Four-way-quad-shit, the four individuals may discuss different issues such as whether or not it is possible to wipe using only two squares.
However this process is quite secretive to the four individuals and to prevent from scaring people who are unaware of it, In public it must be referred to as the quad.
I had to go pretty bad, so I asked my buddys if they wanted to pull a Four-way-quad-shit.
