Any third person hearing that story will never believe it was true, because no-one was able to explain properly.
To explain such a scenario one just simply says its a Preetam moment.

Similar to a blonde moment, a moment when you're not the brightest or just flat out an idiot.
When you're trying to find a document so your teacher tells you to go to search and you open up Google search engine. That's when your friends would say, "Wow, that's a Zach Moment for you!"

A "Fanel moment" is when you succumb to extreme anger and violence ,either verbal or physical , after a situation in which you are to blame but won't acknowledge your mistakes. Rather you enforce the notion that someone else is to blame and will deny any fault.
person 1 : " *trips on stairs and falls * "
person 2 : " Are you ok? "
person 1 : " shut up idiot , you are so dumb ."
person 2 : " bro you fell down the stairs by yourself stop doing a "Fanel moment" .
person 1 : " shut the fuck up , not my fault you have weird stairs . "
