After listening to his bullshitt for 15 minutes, the audience started chanting after Senator Kerry: "Help is on the way!"

A signal for help usually put in by insane people or your on a school chromebook and screaming for help, but instead searching it than calling a therapist. When you find this is a definition you will read this entire page helplessly, and doing anything but focus in class.
