Super short shorts that girls wear, predominantly in summer. They are so short, you can almost see the girls labia or vagina "lips"

When an individual, typical a sorority female is wearing a shirt that goes past their waist and knees obscuring the possibility of whether or not they are wearing shorts. Like Schrodinger's eponymous cat, there is a state of uncertainty of whether the individual is wearing shorts. Thus they are simultaneously wearing shorts and not wearing shorts, until observed.
