The male equivalent of white guilt.
Both male guilt and white guilt refer to when an individual feels guilt over atrocities that he himself did not commit, but were committed by individuals who look like him.

I am not responsible for the men of the 15th century making life a living hell for women.
And I am not responsible for the men today who choose to become serial rapists.
So stop trying to pin a bunch of male guilt on me. I am a human individual, and I am a good person. So you can take your guilt-trip and place it wayyyyy up into your butthole.

When you have sex with a woman, but have no intention of dating her at all. The actual guilt comes in when you encounter this random piece of ass much later, and while thinking of the sex, can;t think of anything to say. You walk away with a boner and a feeling in your stomach that your a horrible person.
"Damn dude, remember Danielle? I ran into her the other day out in front of Trader Joes, and she just kept going on and on, but i couldn;t get her to STFU. It was a serious moment of penis guilt.

The outpouring of sympathy for past transgressions that most times don't have anything to do with current generations. Take example the idea that Christians are pressured into feeling sorrow or guilt for the Holy Crusades in the middle ages. Or another example is the actual celebration of "Black History Month", a reverse-racist idea that was brought on by Black Supremacists that wished to "get back" at the entire white American population for hundreds of years of oppression. By badgering the media with propaganda and moving speeches enabled racist blacks to attain "Black History Month" by using "Historical Guilt". Another example still is the actual foundation of the state of Israel, which was brought upon by pressure of Zionists that seeking sympathy from the horrors of the Holocaust. The United States as well as the rest of the International community owed nothing to the survivors as well as subsequent generations of Holocaust survivors, yet the "Historical Guilt" plagued them to open their checkbooks.

Guilt Miles are the points collected from a guilt trip. Unlike Air Miles, these 'points' are collected from people, typically those that find the truth to be too painful and try to make you feel bad/guilty about what you said.
Jackie: *cries* I've been working really hard at work lately, and you know the whole thing with my Mom dying has been really stressful. And it's almost my Birthday and I feel so old...
Ryan: Whatever. You're 23 in 5 months, your Mom died 8 years ago and you make sand castles with kids at work. 400 points.
