Seth: "There you go buddy, keep poundin' 'em!"

or

Seth: "Morning Jack"

Spirit Keeping

The act of keeping spirits and ghosts in your house. Often used among wiccan and pagan people, or those interested in the paranormal universe. Often done with an invocation or chant, you summon a spirit to guide you in your life. There are several shops online that summon spirits for you and bind them to vessels to keep around.

That man over there is into spirit keeping, he talks to ghosts in his house.
