They are actually good people...We are a peaceful and loving religion, but because of some douchebags out there, our reputation is living in the crapper. Just saying, those people (terrorists) are not classified as muslims to us...why dont you sit down and read the Quran? Is there anything saying that you are suppossed to do terrorism? No. it says any act of murder, crime, or terrorism is against the religion. And lemme get this straight, Allah means god in arabic guys! its not some other wierd idol we beleive in its god! just like christians, jews, etc. etc. why be prejudous? now the people who are gonna dislike this are just sum big mouthed people that wont even look into considering that we arent bad people...they just say we are trash and we should all die? how do you think that makes us feel? I live in america and when i tell someone im muslim, they back away...and call me a terrorist..im used to it and so are all the other muslims..but we really shudnt be used to it..it is not right guys..People that look down on us, are people that dont wanna get off their lazy asses and learn more about us...u wanna think whos trash? Micheal Jackson is a pure muslim...is he a terrorist? is he trash? T-Pain is a muslim too...and so much more people that we look up to...just agree we arent really that bad..we just seem that way until people open their eyes and face reality..

A muslim is my daughter, my lawyer, my roommate, my favourite prof, my bus driver, my best friend. They laugh and cry, they write and play, they apologise and say thank you, they fall and grow and pray and do almost everything just like us. Sometimes they have good days and sometimes they have bad days, some love us and some hate us. They speak every language, and every dialect. They are mixed with every race and may be part of your genome. They are fat and make fun of thin people or are thin and make fun of fat people, or tall or short or masculine or feminine. They have pets, but believe dogs should be outside. They eat samoosas and duck a l'orange. They are humans and souls just like us and the only difference is they believe in something that may be strange to us, but heck we are strange to others too, so blessed are the strangers!

A person of the Islamic faith that worship Allah. They are now being negatively stereotyped by the average American.
Americans are now believing that all people from the middle east are muslim, and that all muslims are terrorists that want to destroy America. Let them build the mosque near Ground Zero. It's complete bullshit to discriminate against a whole religion for what a minority of them( the extremists) do or have done

follower of the religion of Islam, unfortunately misunderstood by a lot of people in western countries , and i don't blame you all , but all i am asking for is please please please read more about Muslims if you don't already have a friend or a neighbor who is Muslim, it's the opposite of terror and racism if your thinking hey but bin laden is a Muslim , well SCREW THAT fagy okay , all true Muslims are against him hes considered a murderer,, in order to be a true Muslim you have to be 1st a Jew a christian, and believe in the gospel and Torah (abrahamic religions ), then when you submit to god and believe in Mohammad and the quran you are truly a Muslim Islam respects all other religions and respects human lives and if you ever find a racist Muslim ,, then hes nuts or not a true believer ,, consider him as one of the wacky rednecks !! please read more about Mohammad's history,. A person who everyone thinks is a terrorist or just an idiot and they want to blow up people all the time. They are actually very few real Muslims in the world left.
Also by the way, to all those people who wrote the definitions about Muslims, have u actually studied the religion? Cos if u haven't then u have no right to make assumptions about it. Also I'm not a muslim, I'm just a human who thinks what everyone is doing and saying about Muslims is kinda like the segregation between blacks Andhra whites.

Member of a beautiful religion full of forgiveness, respect, and love. Individuals who display acts of violence, aggression, and terrorism have got it all wrong, and are therefore not fit to be called Muslims.
So please, for everybody out there who immediately links Islam to terrorism and violence, please stop doing so. Muslims all over the globe are just as ashamed and disgusted from these sick, sick people. They have misinterpreted the religion completely.
Muslims are followers of a beautiful religion. They are not the terrorists seen regularly on TV

Muslims are not war raging fanatics. They are simply a group of people who choose to follow the religion of Islam. Though many people have named all muslims terrorists, all muslims are NOT terrorists. In fact, there are terrorists in every religion.
The main reason for this accustaion however, started on 9/11. Osama bin Laden crashed into the Twin Towers blaming his horrific actions on Islam. But if you really think about it, his father AND half-brother both died in a plane crash. And it's not like he had a good reason to cause such commotion and chaos. The only thing he could probably think of was to say that his religion was telling him to do so, and sadly, people believed that it was the religion.
After 9/11, Muslims everywhere have been discriminated and treated unfairly. Other Muslims, though, have been following the actions of Osama bin Laden for no good reason.
Islam is a religion of peace. Muslims do believe that non-believers will be punished, but every religion believes in some sort of punishment. However, Muslims believe that no one has a right to punish the non-believers.
If people can discriminate Muslims, why not discriminate Christians and call them alcohol loving freaks? Alcohol makes you do incredibly horrible things when you over drink. But for that one thing, should we throw every Christian in jail? NO!
Islam is the second largest religion in the world based on population. It is also the fastest growing religion in the world! Think about it! If Islam is such a horrible religion, all based on war and bloodshed, WHY is it the second largest religion? WHY is it the fastest growing religion?
