Old age is a shifting scale. When you are 10, 30 is old. When you reach 30, 50 seems old. When you reach 50, 70 seems old and so on. So it is a shifting scale where nobody ever thinks they are old.

Ag-town is short for Arlington, TX it's not really that hood but it does have some areas that are. Anything north of Pioneer parkway is hood, kind of. Home of the Texas Rangers and future home of the Dallas Cowboys.
I'm going to Ag-Town to watch the ranger game.

It refers to when you feel a different age than you are. When told your real age it produces a profound state of dissatisfaction and/or unease. Prolonged effects of age dysphoria may derive into depression and/or anxiety.
Said dysphoria does not necessarily see itself linked with sexual desire towards any specific age group, or gender. Although the term has been adopted before by paedophilic individuals to justify their attraction to children, which has given it a questionable reputation.
