A metaphorical reference to the entire workings of a gang. As gangs are generally groups of people involved in illegal activities designed to procure money and power, the term "ghetto pirate ship" refers to the entirety of the gang.
The term is often used by gang leaders who want to appear to be intelligent and have a grasp of literature or the outside world. By using the term, gang leaders inspire their "less worldly" troops by inciting imagery of swashbuckling bandits who scour the high seas for gold.
Due to the high level of violence and lack of dental care in the ghetto, many gang members wear eye patches and have gold teeth, which makes them similar to pirates in many ways.

Phrase used to describe someone who is truly from the ghetto and acts accordingly. 'Ghetto blay chay's are often very street wise, can 'hustle' very well and never seem to portray a sense of fear. They are also very good at attracting memebrs of the opposite sex. Another phrase for a 'ghetto soldier'.
It is derived from the word 'ghetto' attached to the words 'black' and 'child' which have been changed in order to give it a smoother sound. 'Ghetto blay chay's tend to be african american in race, hence the name. This is used as a compliment rather than a derogatory remark.
The creator of this phrase, although unclear, is heard to be named as a Mr.Kano, a rap producer settled in the U.S.A.

Stupid ass idiots living in seekonk, a somewhat wealthy town, who dress, talk, and act like they live in a ghetto because it is the "cool" thing to do.
The Seekonk Ghetto Wannabes should realize how rediculous they look, sound, and act because, to people living in real ghettos, they are just one big joke.

Northeast Pennsylvania, specifically the Wilkes Barre/Scranton metro area. This area is known for coal mining, welfare checks, low wage jobs and poor white trash.
