Hater's World

Hater's World means to be in a situation where you're surrounded by haters. No matter what you do, haters are contently trying to talk about what you're doing, and what you're not doing. These haters love to hate more than they love to give a complements.

I just got a new house, and a new car with a fine lady beside me, and now everyone (even my friends) are hating on me.

Talk about being in the midst of the hater's world!

Tuesday Worlds

Phrase commonly used for a fast, competitive, weekly group bicycle ride. Held on Tuesday because people race during the weekend and rest on Monday. Called "Worlds" as a semi-ironic reference to World Cup or World Championship races.

I thought I was in good shape, but at Tuesday Worlds I was dropped after only fifteen minutes.

Waldo’s World

Of NW United States origin, refers to department stores, specifically Walmart, as it is easy to lose someone or something.

“Yo I’m heading to Waldo’s World you need anything?”

“WTF is ‘Waldo’s World?”

Walmart, dumbass

Trump World

An expansive, forever doomed region of unbelievable debauchery, pervasive dishonesty and deeply penetrating, psychologic derangement from which there is seemingly no escape.

I'm searching for a place where my unsubstantiated beliefs automatically become incontrovertible fact, my truth-free opinions cannot be effectively criticized and my intransigent 'base' supports me in deference to any verifiable reality...'let's load-up and head to Trump World...where it's safe'

world + dog

This expression (read as "world plus dog") is primarily used on the U.K. information tech news site "The Register" as a synonym for "everyone" or "many, many people". The phrase is apparently an abbreviation for "everyone and his/her dog", expressed in the pithy style of a programmer.

I hear that world + dog is planning to order the new iPhone as soon as it's released.
