This refers to clout chasers purposely putting half nude photos then acting as if the world is taking advantage of them, when in fact its themselves.

When you are driving and someone decides go way under the speed limit, so rather than flash your high beams, you turn on your off-road lights/light bar to blind them.

High beams don't count, they MUST be off-road lights!

Some jackass was doing 45 in a 60 on the highway, so I turned on my "Fuck You" Lights and burned out their retinas.
