fish-brained

Having very short term memory.

From 50s Britannia Episode 1: Rock 'n' Roll Britannia. "They (UK record executives) were very much geared towards making records the either were going to appeal to an adult audience and, therefore, might have a slightly longer shelf life, or were going to appeal to young people, who were notoriously fish-brained and they would forget something within two minutes..."

Siedlecki Fish

An awkward looking, uncoordinated fish that unintentionally runs into walls and other obstacles. Also used to make fun of a person who is uncoordinated.

Guy: Dude, he runs into the wall all the time, it always makes things really awkward.
Girl: Sounds like he's a Siedlecki Fish.

fish eye

During sex, while working from behind, you shove your finger in her pooper. Thereupon, she turns around in a one-eyed winking motion to see what the hell you are doing.

I put her back in line by giving her a fish eye

Fish Bowl

A prison term to refer to a control room where correctional officers control cell doors and Saliport doors.

Most have thick glass to prevent forced entry. The officers would be on display like fish in a fishbowl.

Now days most control rooms have started using dark, tinted glass to prevent inmates from watching.

Ask the corridor officer in the fish bowl for a pass to the infirmary.
