It's most hilarious uses are on highly religious or homophobic people since it also implicates the hyper-sensitive person as being a big Mo if male, or an anal-receiving Sperm Sponge if female.

I don't know why Tom Cruise got so butt hurt about that in the closet episode on South Park when he probably owns his own astro-glide production plant to keep up with the amount of anal lube he goes through.

Hair Hurt

When you wake up after sleeping with your hair pinned against its natural direction of growth. The result being that the area of scalp where the hair shaft connects ranges from sore to moderately painful, lasting up to a couple of hours after waking. A secondary result is an unkempt appearance to the hair, which no amount of hand-licking and spit-slathering will fix.

I passed-out on the couch with my head against the arm and this morning I have a bad case of hair hurt.
