Instead of brother being a formal term for a male friend, brother here is used as an expression. It expresses disappointment, surprise, and much more. Replaces how "bruh" is used. Similar to how "oh brother" is used.
In short,
brother is long for bro;
bro = bru
brother = bruh
Example:
"Hey, did you take out the meat from the freezer?"
"Uh, no... I forgot."
"Brotherrrrrrrrr"
Someone who will always be there for you no matter the situation. Someone who could look up to you or you could look up to them. You will have a bond that no one could ever break.
It doesn’t matter if the world is against my brother he is not alone
Some that will be there for you when no one else is there for you. They will never let you go into any situation alone. Right or wrong they will always have your back till the coffin.
