When a drunk person forgets how to English and tries to take the piss with his his drinking buddies

Leading someone to believe a task will be accomplished or "taken care of" but actually doing nothing of the sort. Most of the time the quite opposite.

A common phrase used by Southern Californians describing freeway routes to their friends. Usually its the 405, 10, or the 110.
"How do I get to UCLA from here?"
"You take the 10 West then you take the 405 to Sunset Blvd then you turn right on Hilgard Ave"
What one says while they are running towards the bathroom. Usually when the turtle is poking its head out and they are very close to having an accident in their pants.
*At the Office*
Don: Yah Bruce this weekend I took the family to-"
Tommy: "I GOTTA TAKE A SHIIIIIIIIIIT" (as he runs past the water cooler down the hallway to the bathrooms)
Don: "-to, ah, man.... i hope that Tommy gets to the bathroom in time."
