Named after a person who commonly does the aforementioned.

A common phrase used by Southern Californians describing freeway routes to their friends. Usually its the 405, 10, or the 110.

"How do I get to UCLA from here?"
"You take the 10 West then you take the 405 to Sunset Blvd then you turn right on Hilgard Ave"

Tommy: "I GOTTA TAKE A SHIIIIIIIIIIT" (as he runs past the water cooler down the hallway to the bathrooms)
Don: "-to, ah, man.... i hope that Tommy gets to the bathroom in time."
