The act of covering up something that is unsavoury to be viewed by others. Referance to the fuzz out effect used by television censors when nudity is shown.
Cover up. To hide
Used in conversation as: "man I wish I could fuzz out this zit on my nose" or to a brother walking naked into the living room while others are trying to watch football, "dude fuzz out your penis."
Buxin out is when you make plans with your pal and he won't answer his calls or texts and avoids you for at least a month at a time.
Guy 1: So me and Jim are gonna hang out tonight.
Guy 2: Really? When?
Guy 1: Lets call him. <ignores several calls and texts>

Can also mean: To acquire anything better than a fellow participant during a similar time period.
