Mad Seamie is something you say when somebody does something completely mad or idiotic. You also use it sarcasticly when a person never does anything without thinking about it first.
If a person does a totally mad act you call him 'Mad Seamie' from then on.
Mad Valid is for when people are from Jersey and sometimes they musty and look bad. But when they dance, they mad valid
Ex: "Eww he musty!" "Mans can't dance, he will just fall." "Someone get the paw patrol for this man because he gonna fall!"
*He dances well* "Yo, this mans mad valid." "He still musty doe." My garments drenched! ;)"
The act of skillfully throwing drumsticks up into the air in a spinning fashion in the middle of a song and then catching them as they descend.
1. Mad crazy because you are drunk and high at the same time.

Mad Ass-Hatter is that one guy /girl who is absolutely batshit crazy and also an asshat/jackass.
Usually reserved for exes, enemies, or frenemies.
Can be used as an action word as well to describe weird situations/drama.
Example 1:
Person A: Dude, Jack is such a mad ass-hatter.
Person B: I know right? Can’t believe I dated that fucking psychopath.
Example 2:
Person A: Yo, did you just see what she did to George?
Person B: Yeah, that was some weird mad ass-hattery, my guy.
