When you are up for something (to do). When you want to be included into the said activity.

i'm tired of y'all

Used when wanting to express contempt for a specific group (i.e. nationality) of people. To the point where you would not be able to control yourself if you met someone that is associated with that group. Used as "i'm tired of y'all {group}."
