Similar to deja vu but relating specifically to video game sequels.
A game sequel comes along & the fanboys rave over it.
The reality is, it's a rehash of the same old stuff.
Fanboy: "GTA IV is the bestest game eva!!!11!!!one!!!"
Me: "But it's just the same as the last one, but with a different main character... You're having GTA-jร vu."
Fanboy: "Meh!"

a sudden numbing of the brain followed by a sensation of disorientation and the feeling that the present time represents a new start. Time previous to the experience feels distant and sepporate, but reasoning comes into play within moments and the experience is explained and justified by ones sanity.
walking from the grage to the kitchen a sudden tingling feeling overcomes you along with a brief black out of the mind. you think that life has, in a sence, restarted and any thing before this moment is vague and distant. the feeling is followed by deep cognitive thought, then you reason with your-self so you dont think your crazy. you then proceed to go to the kitchen

The uncomfortable sensation that you've already heard a snippet of news before. Differs from Dejรก Vu (where you *think* you have) - in that you HAVE heard it over and over again. Usually the news concerns something cool the tweeter is about to do, or has recently achieved. Essentially, they're reminding you to congratulate them. Over and *over* again.
Brad: If Kenny tweets me he got tickets for Susan Boyle, one more time, I'm gonna bust him up.
Jenny: I'm getting 'Tweet-jรก Vu', all over again.
Brad: Mos' Def'. Hey! Didn't we have this conversation already?
Jenny: ?
