Miranda Rights

a formal set of civil Constitutional rights that are read to any American citizen upon his/her arrest for a crime committed on US soil.

Miranda Rights should not, IMHO under any circumstances be given to American citizens like Timothy McVeigh or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, people who IMHO should have "(their) body torn apart by lupara blasts (...)".

(Bonus points if you can tell me where the quote in my example comes from :):)

Miranda Rights

1) DOES NOT refer to a girl whose name is Miranda and last name is Rights!

2) Has nothing to do with the rights of any girl named Miranda to have a child when and with whom she wants and doesn't impact her rights to an abortion, as some of you guys have pointed out on urbandictionary.com.

3) a set of Constitutional rights that are read to any American citizen upon his arrest for a crime committed on US soil.

Miranda Rights, as in definition 3) only, should not, under any circumstances be given to American citizens like Timothy McVeigh or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, people who should have "(their) body torn apart by lupara blasts (...)".

a set of Constitutional rights that are read to any American citizen upon his arrest for a crime committed on US soil.

Miranda Rights should not under any circumstances be given to American citizens like Timothy McVeigh or Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who commit acts of terrorism on United States soil. A terrorist in The United States should have (...) "his body torn apart by lupara blasts (...)".

Constitutional rights that should not ever, under any circumstances, be given to an American citizen who commits acts of terrorism on United States soil.

I don't see any difference between Timothy McVeigh and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev; both were American citizens and terrorists. Therefore IMHO Dzhokhar Tsarnaev does not deserve his Miranda Rights; he needs to AFAP have (...) "his body torn apart by lupara blasts (...)" in order to pay for his crimes and then suffer a Mussolini-string nearest the explosion site in Boston.

right-hand reader

An OCD-impaired bookworm who stubbornly keeps his gaze straight ahead when turning a page, and so he reads the right-hand side of the open book first, before reluctantly redirecting his gaze to the left-hand page.

Being a right-hand reader maybe be okay for a tome that has a separate item or article on each page (like a "Jim and Tim Talk Duct Tape" book or a "Choose Your Own Adventure" missive) and therefore may not have to be read in "progressive" order (i.e., from one page to the next) to make sense, but it can be exceedingly problematic for a "standard" essay that "flows forwards" through the entire book; attempting to be informed or entertained by reading this type of work's pages "out of order" can be very confusing.
