Bub - Pet or domesticated or fancy rat
I got one bub as a rescue from the animal shelter; I bought the other bub at the pet store. It's a stigma-free word for pet rat/fancy rat, domesticated rat.
Sometimes used to call a sibling or family member as a nickname
