a very painful/extrordinary thing most adolescents go through. it is when you develop an extrmeme fondness for someone of the opposite(same) sex. if its extreme enough. you might get butterflies in your stomach when in their presence, you'll be able to shut out everything in the outside world until that person eluminates like a god/goddess, and you'll long to be with that person for as long as you can imagine, but unfortunately with most things too good to be true, this is. This is why i mentioned the "Painful" at the beggining of this little seminar i am presenting. it is cold as ice when you realize they dont like you. I can imagine it isn't like this 100% of the time, but in my experience, EVERY SINGLE girl i have ever had a remote sense of intimacy with, i would either ask them out and they would say no(there have been a variety of excuses for this) or i would find out they dont like me... Bottom Line. try to avoid crushes, because 95% of the time, the person winds up exactly as the term implies... CRUSHED!!!

When you see a person and your heart starts to race, you become nervous and if your a shy person you try and avoid them. When your not with them you always think about them, ive had a crush on someone for ages and it drove me crazy, the best thing to do is tell them how you feel and if it ends up they dont feel the same way you can get over it and stop going crazy over them. Whatever you do dont get someone to ask for you, i asked her brother and he lied to me and said she loved me but he lied and when i finally confunted her it broke my heart, yeh thanks for that. Love is a very strong emotion mostly overused and sometimes doesnt apply with crushes when you are only physically attracted to someone and you just think they are hot

When your whole world caves in on top of you (metaphorically or physically), you can be described as being crushed.
You can be crushed by large weights, but the most painful type of 'crushing' for a man is when he is smitten with a young lady over a long period of time (a co-worker or flatmate for example), only to be rejected when he attempts to initate a relationship. Normally a man crushed in such a way will be inconsolable for a few weeks, and will probably never recover. The only way for a man to avoid being crushed in such a way is to avoid ever getting emotionally close to a woman, and as such lead a lonely but un-crushable existance.
Women, being the apostles of Satan, are not crushable in this way. But they are crushable physically.
