when a person likes one band and listens to all their songs for 2 weeks or so. after that they get bored of the band and find another one.
a few weeks after this, they hear the old band again either through TV, youtube or the radio and the person listens to the band again but not with the same intensity as before.
person 1: so where's bob?
person 2: he's off having a short term band obsession. he'll get tired of them after a few weeks.

the KOD refers to an unhealthy obsession with @karlasmannerss; so much so that people who are affected with this disorder can’t stop making hate tweets/posts about her 24/7. Other symptoms of this disorder include - thinking hating on Katerina is their reason to breathe, their hobby and their lifestyle. AKA PTD To constantly trade, purchase, sell and swap one's phone. PTD sufferers are generally underworked, oversexed and have too much time on their hands. The phones of PTD sufferers are always in perfect pristine condition, as one with PTD will constantly clean and wipe the phone after each use (PTDers may also have Germaphobia). Along with being kept in pristine condition, the phones from the PTDer are left feeling unloved and cheap since the PTDer doesn't have the phone in his possession for more than 4-6 weeks. Intervention is critical for the sake of the phone.
He suffers from obsessive phone trading disorder. He buys a new phone every 4 weeks.
for the one girl out there who has an obsession on someone named lily, you should hangout with her and talk to her and let your dreams come true. hopefully you are able to have sleepovers with her but i doubt that will happen. anyway lily if you see this make my dream come true and don’t hate me ever

A web-based disorder in which the patient is beset with the need to comment continuously on another's Facebook wall. Their dedicated doting is not done out of affection but out of an extreme insecurity. These positive comments are the web2.0 equivalent of pissing on a tree to mark territory. Attempts to delete these pheromone-infused comments will only accelerate their onslaught until you're inundated with notifications from being tagged in photos you aren't in, and your statuses being "liked" regardless of their content.
At first my boyfriend's “Can’t wait to see you!” and “Happy half-groundhog’s day!” facebook wall comments were cute, but after about the 16th “Looks like you had fun!” I realized that he was just suffering Obsessive Compulsive Digital Disorder and unfriended his insecure ass.
