Has a good variety of excuses as to why things aren't their problem/concern. Also provide an ubundance of reasons for not participating in events/activities.

a girl who is usually very opinionated, but her opinions are based on tid-bits of information, stereotypes, and ignorance toward the subject. also completely oblivious to the fact that she is not making any sense, she will continue to talk with out any realization that no one cares. in conclusion, ditzy.
