We were coming back from the Gilroy garlic festival and when we got to moron hill we were stuck in traffic for 3 'frikken hours!

A term used to describe someone on the road in a vehicle or pedestrian who is doin something that seems stupid or illogical to you. Generally used in the case were swearing is not an option.
