To feel a certain way about something. Those feelings can be romantic, angry, sad, etc. Similar to feel some type of way.

Example 1: I feel a way everytime I’m around him. I think I’m falling for him.

Example 2: Last time we argued she felt a way, so we stopped talking to each other.
