when somebody says this it basically means "put this on Instagram reels so I can disrespect the shit out of you and watch what happens" I am not sure how to put more than that really, but I think the example will help.

This means that what you post was so idiotic that you have to be clowned on instagram reels. On instagram reels people make harder jokes about you and its somewhat amusing.
