Soreness and cramping in the lower, anterior compartment of the leg. Sex calves are often induced by excessive hooking up or strenuous sex positions and may manifest for days after the event.

Two very large masses of muscle that cling onto Smithy's legs, although they appear to be part of Smithy, they are in no way a part of him, although they do like being called Smithy's calves.
