There was once this guy who went up to his friend and said, "WHO BE trynna kill me!" and his friend said "Uh...idk?". The guy gets very upset that no one is listening to him and so goes home. Next day the guy was found murdered in his home. Turns out some guy named HOOBI killed him.

Sometimes it is also used as an adjective or noun, although as either it doesn’t have much of a meaning.
Pronounced often as “HOO-BEE”, sometimes with the “Hoo” extended a bit longer if the speaker is particularly exasperated.
