any 3 series chassis with superpowered v6 or inline six cylinder engines that have as much ft lb of torque per hp that rival the porsche 911 and 933 targa. no mods necessary just buy and drive. the above claim that all m3's are e30 chassis is incorrect as BMW still makes m3's today, and the model number changes with each generation of developments. to have a more thorough driving experience, the m5 or even for the rich folks, the m6 is a rocket

A decent sports car for its price... more room then a vette, but if you're buying a sports car, why not get a vette for the same price?

Image of people who drive M3's is quite low amung other drivers, because of their stupid freeway antics and if you can actually afford one, you're better off buying a V8 and tuning it for the price.

Quite possibly the largest abomination to motorized vehicles since the invention of the Smartcar, the M3 Lee has claimed the lives of any soldier unfortunate enough to be given this tank. It is a piece of shit in almost every conceivable way and has been made infamous in the MMO World of Tanks.

The king of all mid-priced high performance sport coupes. Known for being the bench mark for all others in its class. Predominantly owned by cocky 25-40 year old men looking for an automobile that provides a high level of status combined with incredible performance.

The ultimate "Whip" for any 16-21 year old male due to its ostentatiously good looks and striking road presence (unfortunately none of them can afford one).

26 year old male pulls up to stoplight in his new BMW M3 only to notice a group of Teens staring him(his car) down. Quickly he presses the launch control button and as the light turns green floors the gas. This results in him leaving a 25 foot cloud of smoke in the air and ignites the neighborhood with the sound of succes. The teens are left with blank stares on there faces, jaws hanging open.
