A smug, slightly ugly smile usually given by a wanker, backstabber, or biatch. The person smiling may even look as if they wish to say, "It's no shit, Sherlock...that you're going down."

The act of getting beligerant and shitting yourself. This is followed by taking off your drawers and putting them on your head like a hat, and then smearing shit all over the entire room you passed out in.
